Care built on real experience, not just training
I moved to Perth from London in 2014, and for the last 12 years my daily life has centred on caring for my partner — coordinating medical appointments and therapies, managing medications and routines, and making sure every day ran smoothly and with dignity.
That experience — including supporting someone through Parkinson's and dementia — is what led me to continue this work professionally, first with a Perth care agency and now as an independent caregiver.
Before caregiving became my full-time focus, I spent decades managing people, properties and complex projects — recruiting and supervising staff, coordinating trades and suppliers, and keeping demanding operations running on schedule. That background shows up in how I care: organised, reliable, and calm under pressure, paired with genuine empathy and patience.
I'm a good listener, easy to talk to, and comfortable working closely with families, other carers and health professionals to make sure everyone is on the same page.
